Volleyball Recap: Puxico Takes a Loss

Puxico was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Advance Hornets. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Hornets when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 25-7.

Puxico's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Advance, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season.

Puxico will be playing at home against Dexter at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Advance has already played their next match (against Oak Ridge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
