Basketball Recap: Eldorado Comes Up Short

Eldorado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights 75-19. The Firehawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Eldorado's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Democracy Prep Agassi Campus, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

Eldorado won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Cristo Rey St. Viator at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Democracy Prep Agassi Campus, they will also get right back to it: they'll take on Virgin Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Democracy Prep Agassi Campus' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
