Baseball Recap: Cedar Creek Comes Up Short

Cedar Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 13-3 to the Anderson Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-0 on Tuesday.

Cedar Creek's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Anderson, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Cedar Creek will head out to challenge Navarro at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Anderson, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Westlake at 12:00 p.m. on April 18.
