The Lions, who boast of close to 10 FBS prospects, defeated King's Academy (West Palm Beach, Fla.) 38-10 in the Class 3A state finals. The state title is the second in a row for Chaminade-Madonna.

Madison County (Madison, Fla.), the Florida Class 1A state champion, comes in at No. 2 overall. The Cowboys are also back-to-back champions.

Rounding out the top 5 are No. 3 Blair Oaks (Jefferson City, Mo.), which went undefeated in winning the Missouri Class 2 state title, No. 4 Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, Pa.), which won a state record ninth state championship with a Class AA title, and No. 5 Aurora, which went undefeated in winning the Nebraska Class C1 state championship.
