Volleyball Recap: Holland Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Holland Christian had taken Hamilton down for four straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. The Maroons fell just short of the Hawkeyes by a score of 3-2. The Maroons were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hawkeyes earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Holland Christian's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 20-9. As for Hamilton, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-8-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Holland Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Unity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th. Meanwhile, Hamilton will square off against rival Zeeland East at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
