 Brookfield waltzed into their match  on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They had just enough and edged the Immaculate Mustangs out  4-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Brookfield also won the last time the pair played  back in April.
  Mike Graham looked comfortable as he  pitched 2.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.
 At the plate, Brookfield's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was  Thad Balzi, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Brookfield pushed their record up to 11-3 with that  win, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Immaculate, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.
 Brookfield will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Bethel at 4:15  p.m. As for Immaculate, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Stratford at 4:15  p.m.  on Friday.
