Maranatha Christian Academy won the last time they faced St. Croix Prep and things went their way on Monday too. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Lions. That looming 14-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Mustangs yet this season.

Maranatha Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Alaina Dunham, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. Olivia Alm also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Maranatha Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for St. Croix Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Maranatha Christian Academy will venture away from home to take on Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Croix Prep, they will head out to square off against Mounds Park Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
