Everything went their way against the Dover Dragons as the Spackenkill Spartans made off with a 16-2 victory. The win was just business as usual For Spackenkill, who after 11 games remain undefeated this season.
Spackenkill got a massive performance out of Dan Collins, who scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Bryan Hoyt, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
Spackenkill pushed their record up to 11-0 with that victory, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Dover, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.
