Soccer Recap: Stevens Point Comes Up Short

The Panthers came up short against the D.C. Everest Evergreens on Thursday, falling 5-2. The loss continues a trend for Stevens Point in their meetings with D.C. Everest: they've now lost seven in a row.

Stevens Point's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for D.C. Everest, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
