Football Recap: Serra Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After soaring to 35 points the game before, Serra was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They took a 24-7 bruising from the Bishop Amat Lancers. The Cavaliers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Bishop Amat's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Domenico Doran led the charge by throwing for 135 yards and two TDs. Ryan Salcedo handled things on the ground, rushing for 94 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Serra dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Bishop Amat, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Serra nor Bishop Amat have any future games scheduled.
