Cedar Springs won the last time they faced Comstock Park and things went their way on Thursday too. The Red Hawks walked away with a 2-0 win over the Panthers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Hawks.

Cedar Springs not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Comstock Park between 18 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Taylor Gunderson paced Cedar Springs' offense, picking up eight kills. Gunderson got some help from Jessie Teesdale and her 15 assists.

Cedar Springs' victory bumped their record up to 10-25-3. As for Comstock Park, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Cedar Springs will venture away from home to square off against Grant at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Comstock Park, they will head out to take on Kelloggsville on Saturday.
