Soccer Recap: Western Christian Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Spirit Lake, Western Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They never let the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Western Christian's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Western Christian's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Western Christian will venture away from home to take on MOC-Floyd Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, they will face off against Sergeant Bluff-Luton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
