Yazuwan Mezquita was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season. Troy Riley was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-3.

Everything went Abington Friends' way against Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Abington Friends made off with an 18-8 victory.
