Lafayette had to settle for second on Wednesday, but Rylan Music sure wasn't going down easily. Nobody could stop Music as she pitched 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Music and Lafayette will head out to square off against Fort Walton Beach at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Music's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Generals' ten-game streak of wins at home.
