Basketball Recap: Lynchburg HomeSchool Takes a Loss

Lynchburg HomeSchool lost against Spirit HomeSchool back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots came up short against the Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks, falling 63-42. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Patriots have suffered against the Warhawks since January 16, 2021.

Lynchburg HomeSchool now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Spirit HomeSchool, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Coming up, Lynchburg HomeSchool will venture away from home to face off against Southwest Virginia Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. That match will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Josiah Jantomaso and Gabriel Bishop. Spirit HomeSchool will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Legacy Academy at 7:15 p.m. on February 28th.
