Holdrege had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cozad Haymakers. The Dusters have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Haymakers, too.

Holdrege easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-20.

Carson Sundquist paced Holdrege's offense, picking up 11 kills. Sundquist got some help from Addy Stutzman and her 29 assists.

Holdrege's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Cozad, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Holdrege has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Wood River on the 25th. As for Cozad, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Sutherland on the 25th.
