Soccer Recap: Nampa Takes Down Skyline in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Nampa walked away with it. They beat the Skyline Grizzlies by a goal, winning 4-3. The high-scoring effort was just what Nampa needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Makai Venegas and Marquez Venegas scored all four of Nampa's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Nampa has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-9-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 11 goals over those four matchups. As for Skyline, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-9-3.

Nampa wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-3 defeat against Blackfoot on the 25th. Skyline does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
