Volleyball Recap: Parlier Comes Up Short

Parlier lost against Fresno Christian back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Parlier was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Fresno Christian's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-4, 25-8, 25-10.

Parlier's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Fresno Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-17 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Parlier is set to take on their familiar foe Riverdale at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Fresno Christian will face off against rival Caruthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
