Basketball Recap: Rogers Comes Up Short

Rogers suffered their biggest loss since February 13th on Thursday. They were outmatched by the Navarro Vikings and fell 76-42. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2021.

This is the second loss in a row for Rogers and nudges their season record down to 4-5. As for Navarro, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Bruceville-Eddy the next time they take the court. Rogers will head out to face Bruceville-Eddy at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, while Navarro will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
