Asheville Christian Academy had won two straight games and Caroline Simpson did her part to make it three on Friday. The Lions came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Coastal Christian Centurions with plenty of help from Simpson, who had 14 assists. Simpson is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

Asheville Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Coastal Christian, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Asheville Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against High Point Christian Academy on the 9th. As for Coastal Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Gaston Christian on the 9th.
