The Rockingham County Cougars are headed away from home for the first time to face off against the Asheboro Blue Comets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Friday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Rockingham County beat Bethany Community 68-64.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Asheboro). They came out on top against Thomasville by a score of 67-55 on Tuesday.

Asheboro's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Rockingham County, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
