After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oswego East, Plainfield North was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the Aurora East Tomcats 64-61. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their 28-point performance the matchup before.

The victory snapped Plainfield North's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record. As for Aurora East, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plainfield North will welcome Plainfield East at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Bengals have now posted at least 55 points in their last three games. As for Aurora East, they will challenge Streamwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tomcats will be up against the Sabres' rather soft defense (which has allowed 71.6 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
