Volleyball Game Preview: Chiles Timberwolves vs. Mosley Dolphins

Chiles has gone 6-1 against Mosley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Timberwolves will head out to take on the Dolphins at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Chiles has seven straight wins, Mosley has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

If Leon wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Chiles, they should've done a better job of containing Madison Joyner. The Timberwolves were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lions on Wednesday with plenty of help from Joyner, who had ten digs and five aces. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Chiles walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Mosley came up short against Riviera Prep on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Chiles' win bumped their record up to 21-1. As for Mosley, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.

Everything went Chiles' way against Mosley in their previous meeting back in September, as Chiles made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Timberwolves since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
