Rock Hill had to endure a seven-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Princeton Panthers with a sharp 3-0 win on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Rock Hill was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-17.

Leading Rock Hill to victory were Peyton Parrott and Emma Alexander. Parrott had nine assists and four digs, while Alexander had 15 digs and five aces. That's the most aces Alexander has posted since back in August. Graicen Wilson also deserves some recognition as she had her first digs of the season.

Rock Hill's record now sits at 12-20. As for Princeton, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-21.

Rock Hill and Princeton could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. The Blue Hawks will challenge Plano West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (384 vs. 10). Meanwhile, Princeton (ranked 621st) will meet Plano (ranked 27th) at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
