Basketball Recap: Florence's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Florence lost against Deshler two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Florence Falcons took a 54-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Deshler Tigers. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Florence's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11. As for Deshler, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-4.

Florence wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-30 win against Lawrence County on the 20th. Deshler has also already played their next matchup, a 77-33 victory against Hatton on the 21st.
