Volleyball Recap: Brookstone Beats Northside Methodist Academy for Their Third Straight Win

Brookstone had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Northside Methodist Academy Knights by a score of 2-0.

Brookstone easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-17.

Carsyn Galligan paced Brookstone's offense, picking up seven kills. Galligan got some help from Evangeline Gutierrez and her 15 assists. Priscilla Faga controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Brookstone's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Northside Methodist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Brookstone didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against Glenwood on the 25th. As for Northside Methodist Academy, they will take on Rehobeth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
