Basketball Recap: Georgetown Comes Up Short

Georgetown came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Malden Catholic Lancers and fell 80-39. The match marked the Royals' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Georgetown's loss dropped their record down to 13-6. As for Malden Catholic, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-2.

Looking ahead, Georgetown will challenge Haverhill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Malden Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
