Basketball Game Recap: Cox vs. Green Run

After losing to the Green Run Stallions the last time they met, the Cox Falcons decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Cox beat Green Run 34-26 on Tuesday.

The victory bumped the Falcons' record up to 2-14. Green Run's loss pushed them down to 4-16.

The Falcons will square off against Princess Anne on Friday. Princess Anne has averaged 79.10 points over the course of their past 20 games, so Cox might be in for a challenge. Green Run is staying on the road on Friday to face off against Bayside. Coming off of a loss in a game they were expected to win, the Stallions now face the more daunting task of proving themselves against unfavorable odds.
