Caston can now show off four landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They never let the North White Vikings onto the board and left with a 10-0 win. The victory was just what Caston needed coming off of an 8-2 loss in their prior matchup.
Addison Zimpleman made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Zimpleman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Zimpleman was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
In other batting news, Caston let Isabel Scales and Macee Hinderlider loose on the outfield. Scales scored two runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-2, while Hinderlider scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2.
