The Harker Eagles will head out to challenge the Priory Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Priory will be up against a hot Harker squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went the Eagles' way against Westmoor on Thursday as they made off with a 12-1 win.

Shaurya Jain spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up nine Ks. He is becoming a predictor of Harker's success: when he allows at most two earned runs the team is 5-1 (and 3-6 when he doesn't).
On the hitting side, Aarav Borthakur was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Vidwat Shekar, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Harker kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Priory not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 7th (when they won 22-3). They blew past Mission 14-4. The high-scoring effort was just what the Panthers needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.
Trevor Demkin was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, Priory let Matthew Sun and Kai Aalfs run wild. Sun went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles, while Aalfs went 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Kai Park was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Priory's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-6. As for Harker, they now have a winning record of 8-7.
Harker couldn't quite finish off Priory in their previous matchup back in March and fell 9-7. Can the Eagles avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
