Regents put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their game with ease, bagging a 63-17 victory over the United Christian Academy Crusaders. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 29 points or more this season.

Regents was led to victory by Morris Hoffman and Tucker Jamison. Hoffman went 6 for 7 on his way to 13 points in addition to eight rebounds and six assists, while Jamison went 8 for 11 on his way to 17 points and three steals. Hoffman is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Luke Trivette was another key player, putting up four points and nine rebounds.

Regents pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for United Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

When Regents and United Christian Academy next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Regents will try to stop Lynchburg HomeSchool's three-game winning streak when the meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Regents' defense has only allowed 22.3 points per game this season, so United Christian Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them. Similarly, United Christian Academy will try to stop Grace Christian's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:45 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
