Volleyball Recap: Hayden Comes Up Short

Hayden was the 2-0 winner over Ashville when they last played one another back in September of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Monday.

Hayden's loss dropped their record down to 20-10. As for Ashville, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 31-2.

Hayden didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Oneonta on the 22nd. As for Ashville, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Etowah at 4:00 p.m.
