Baseball Recap: Hinkley Takes a Loss

Hinkley fell victim to Kennedy and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 6-0 to the Commanders. The loss leaves the Thunder still looking for their first win of the season.

Hinkley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Kennedy, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hinkley will challenge Northglenn at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Thunder are facing the Norsemen at the right time seeing as the Norsemen are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Kennedy, they will take on Bruce Randolph at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The game will give the Commanders their first taste of in-conference action this season.
