Football Game Recap: Carlisle vs. Pella

After soaring high against Creston/Orient-Macksburg last week, Icarus fell to the ground on Friday. Carlisle took a 22-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pella. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Carlisle of the 21-45 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head.

The loss dropped Carlisle back to even at 2-2. The win bumped Pella's record up to 4-0.

Carlisle will look to defend their home turf next week against Norwalk at 4:45 PM. With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. As for Pella, they will face off against Knoxville.
