The Page Patriots will head out on the road to take on the Blackman Blaze at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Page is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.

Page stacked a seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They put the hurt on Brentwood with a sharp 14-0 win. Page's victory was all the more impressive since Brentwood was averaging only 3.55 runs allowed on the season.

Not much got past Shelby Buffington, who gave up just one hit and racked up 11 Ks to keep Brentwood off the board.

At the plate, Adriana Callahan was incredible, firing off two home runs, six RBI, and two doubles while going 4-for-4. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in the last three games she's played. Ella Polk was another key contributor, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with a home run, two RBI, and a double.

Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought game, but Blackman had to settle for a 6-5 defeat against Rockvale on Thursday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Blackman in their matchups with Rockvale: they've now lost eight in a row.

Madison Keel spent all 9.1 innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on nine hits.

On the hitting side, Alyssa Barber made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 4-for-5 with a triple, a stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Abbigail Schubert, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.

Page's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Blackman, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-17.
