Basketball Recap: Irmo Yellow Jackets vs. Indian Land Warriors

Irmo took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They breezed past the Indian Land Warriors to the tune of 81-29. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-14.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Irmo to victory, but perhaps none more so than Abby Livingston, who dropped a triple-double with 22 points, 11 boards, and ten assists. The dominant performance also gave Livingston a new career-high in field goal percentage (77%). Lailah Singletary was another key player, dropping a double-double with 26 points and ten rebounds.

They weren't the only ones working in the assist department: Irmo was working as a unit and finished the game with 21 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Indian Land only posted six.
