Eagle Rock's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They never let the Franklin Panthers get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Melissa Terrazas was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. Those three stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Marysol Jernigan was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.

Eagle Rock is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Franklin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-6.

Eagle Rock has already played their next game, an 11-1 win against Wilson on the 9th. As for Franklin, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Lincoln on the 9th.
