Basketball Recap: CES Academy Piles Up the Points Against Beacon of Hope Christian

CES Academy was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Beacon of Hope Christian on Friday. The CES Academy Knights claimed a resounding 62-35 win over the Beacon of Hope Christian Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 63-25 back in December of 2024.

Beacon of Hope Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Liam Matyiko, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Marlon Kelly, who posted 13 points.
