Volleyball Recap: Beach Comes Up Short

Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Yellow Jackets from their previous meeting back in August of 2017.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-13.

Beach's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Southeast Bulloch, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beach will take on Liberty County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Southeast Bulloch, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Bryan County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
