Soccer Recap: Phoenix Academy Takes a Loss

Phoenix Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Jordan-Matthews Jets, falling 9-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 last Thursday.

Phoenix Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Jordan-Matthews, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Phoenix Academy will take on North Stokes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Jordan-Matthews, they will head out to face off against Cummings at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Jordan-Matthews is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4 goals per game this season.
