Taylor Smith posted a new career-high in assists on Monday. She went 7-for-16 on her way to 19 points in addition to seven assists and five steals. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last three times she's played.

Smith's strong effort led Denham Springs over Dutchtown and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Denham Springs is a perfect 7-0 against Dutchtown going back to December of 2016, a lead they'll look to extend.
