Texas Top 25 high school boys basketball rankings: Texas 6A, 5A semifinals feature 8 Top 20 teams

Four of the top 20 teams in the state square off Friday in San Antionio as the UIL Texas 6A semifinals get underway.

No. 1 Duncanville (29-5) takes on No. 12 Brandeis (33-3) in one semifinal, while No. 2 Dickinson (32-5) plays No. 20 Wylie (27-7) in the other semifinal.

The two winners play Saturday at 8:30 p.m. local time.



In the 5A semifinals on Thursday, No. 3 Lancaster (36-1) takes on No. 11 Fort Bend Hightower (33-5) and the winner plays the victor of No. 18 Wagner (35-5) and No. 21 Mansfield Timberview (29-8), in Saturday's championship, also in San Antonio.
