Sheridan won the last time they faced Morgan and Grace Stoltz did her part to make sure it happened again. The Generals had just enough and edged out the Raiders 3-2 for which the team can thank Stoltz, who had 23 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 30 games she's played dating back to last season.

While Sheridan might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Morgan scored at least 15 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-20, 25-22, 25-27, 17-15.

Sheridan now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Morgan, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.

Sheridan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against John Glenn on the 30th. As for Morgan, they will venture away from home to take on Warren at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
