            The Catholic Memorial Crusaders will face off against the Kettle Moraine Lasers at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Catholic Memorial will be strutting in after a  victory while Kettle Moraine will be coming in after a  loss.
Catholic Memorial is headed in fresh off scoring the most  runs they have   all season. Everything went their way against Racine Lutheran/Prairie on Saturday as they made off with  a  16-4 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Catholic Memorial considering their two-run performance the  contest before.

 Hunter Wagner was a  major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Catholic Memorial is 2-1 when  Wagner allows two or  fewer  hits, but 3-5 otherwise. Wagner was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and one  run. That  triple was  his first of the season.
 In other batting news,  Ian Kawczynski was  incredible,  going 1-for-3 with three  stolen bases, three  runs,  and three  RBI. That's the most  RBI  he has posted since back in May of 2024.  Ethan Adamson was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with three  RBI and two  runs.
 Catholic Memorial  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .639. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, Kettle Moraine didn't have quite enough to beat Arrowhead on Thursday and fell  3-2. That's two games in a row now that the Lasers have lost by  just one  run.

Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 5  runs in those games. As for Kettle Moraine, their defeat was  their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 4-6.
