Glenn posted their biggest victory since April 12, 2024 on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Castleberry Lions a 10-0 shutout. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Grizzlies.

Kiplyn Vitela looked comfortable as she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Ally Johnson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2. Those stolen bases marked the first that she stole this season. Jas Dobbins was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Glenn hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in six consecutive contests.

Glenn's record is now 6-2. As for Castleberry, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7-1 record this season.

Glenn has already played their next game, a 12-0 win against Cedar Creek on the 28th. As for Castleberry, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-0 loss against Midland Legacy on the 28th.
