Volleyball Recap: Grayling Comes Up Short

Grayling was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Midland Chemics. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Grayling's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17-2. As for Midland, their win bumped their record up to 23-7-2.

Grayling didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Sacred Heart Academy on the 18th. As for Midland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 1-1 tie against McBain on the 18th.
