Zephyrhills fell victim to Sunlake and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Seahawks, falling 11-0. The Bulldogs' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Zephyrhills' loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Sunlake, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-8.

Looking ahead, Zephyrhills will square off against Tenoroc at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Zephyrhills is facing Tenoroc at the right time seeing as Tenoroc is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Sunlake, they will welcome Mitchell at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Sunlake 3.5, Mitchell 3.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
