High Point Central won the last time they faced Central Davidson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Bison came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 5-3. The high-scoring effort was just what High Point Central needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

They hit Central Davidson with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexander Rojas Vasquez (2), Cristofer Gomez, Christopher Akoje Mack, and Wilkenson Tall.

High Point Central's win bumped their record up to 7-9-2. As for Central Davidson, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-17.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. High Point Central will square off against Ledford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. High Point Central will need to watch out since Ledford have now posted at least four goals in their last four matchups.
