Volleyball Recap: Bangs Takes a Loss

Bangs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Veribest Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

Bangs' loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Veribest, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-3.

Coming up, Bangs will host Richland Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Veribest, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Miles on the 29th.
