Baseball Recap: Bunker Hill Takes a Loss

Bunker Hill was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the West Iredell Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 back in March.

Bunker Hill saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kaiden Garrett, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Bunker Hill's record is now 5-16. As for West Iredell, their win bumped their record up to 7-14.

As of now, neither Bunker Hill nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
